Joan Marie has lived in Sacramento for 30 years. Joan is a massage therapist in private practice and has found painting to be a way to express what moves her. Her use of oil on canvas and now mixed media with computers has made the world of art and poetry an intimate part of her spiritual growth. Lonnie Winston has lived in Sacramento for nearly 40 years. Lonnie has recently opened a Photo Studio in Carmichael. He finds photography a way of focusing on the simple beauty of life. By exploring the world of exposure he is fascinated how light impacts every image we see. As a photographer he produces images that are evocative, telling, and interesting.
